Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) helps out his friend Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) with his new time-machine invention. The machine, contained in a Delorean, actually works and Marty is transported back in time. A boy of the 80's must to come to terms with being in the 50's. Marty must also try to get his parents to fall in love to correct the damage his presence has done.
